A&L McCrae have been established for over fifty five years, having grown from a one man owner operator to a multi disciplined civil engineering firm, haulier and one of the largest quarry operators in Scotland.
From our five quarry locations we are the largest supplier of quarry products and construction materials in Argyll, capable of supplying all certified construction materials in any volume to any location.
Our Mission
We aim to provide high quality certified products and service to all our customers, utilising our extensive haulage fleet, multiple readymix concrete batching plants and modern fuel-efficient plant machinery . Our management team is dedicated to the sustainable growth of the company while maintaining the highest standards of products and services we provide.

ISO 45001 standard, it has helped our organisation reduce the risk of work-related accidents and ill-health, improved the standards of employee safety, create safer working conditions, and demonstrate compliance with health and safety law.
Constructionline Gold is an accreditation that indicates that A&L McCrae meets industry standards and demonstrates our commitment to quality, health and safety, and risk management.
